It’s Time To Sign-Up for Kyle’s Slap Shot Challenge

It’s time to register for Kyle’s Slap Shot Challenge Tournament on Saturday, August 5, at Rochester Ice Center.

The tournament is exclusively for Jr. Amerks players and it’s our official kickoff to the 2023-24 season. Now in its third year, the proceeds from the tournament support Kyle’s Slap Shot Challenge Foundation to benefit Golisano Children’s Hospital.

There is 3v3 hockey for the kids inside the rink, and a festival outside for the entire community with live music, games, food and auction items. Also, our used equipment tent sale is back to support the Jr. Amerks Sean Shortsleeve Memorial Scholarship fund.

New to this year’s line up, Hockey Buddies Rochester Charity Cup will follow at 6 p.m. at Rochester Ice Center, so stick around for a full day of hockey!

Used Equipment Donations Needed
We are collecting used equipment donations for our tent sale throughout the summer at Rochester Ice Center. Donation bins are located in the lobby. Stop by anytime with your donation.
