Coach Mike Deer Gains Insights from NAHL Team

This week, as part of the Jr. Amerks Coaching Education Program, 9U AAA Head Coach Mike Deer had the opportunity to shadow our NAHL team. He met with the coaching staff, including Francois Methot and Brian Gionta, as they prepared for their weekend games against the New Hampshire NAHL team.

From observing practice routines to discussing strategies, Coach Deer gained valuable insights into high-level player development and game preparation. He’s eager to bring these ideas back to his 9U AAA2 team, enhancing their skills and understanding of the game.
