Alumni Alert: Ethan Phillips Receives Tender from Rochester Jr. Americans (NAHL)

We are pleased to share that Ethan Phillips, a native of Rochester, NY, and one of our alumni, has received a tender from the Rochester Jr. Americans in the North American Hockey League (NAHL).

Born in 2007, Ethan grew up playing with the Jr. Amerks, where he was a standout goalie on our nationally ranked 13U AAA Team, coached by former NHL player Matt Murley, who is also known for his work on the podcast Spittin’ Chiclets. Ethan’s exceptional skills and dedication on the ice made him a key player on the team.

After his time with us, Ethan continued his development at Bishop Kearney Selects, playing 14U, 15U, and 16U. The Bishop Kearney Selects, based in Rochester, play out of the Rochester Ice Center, just like the Jr. Amerks and the Rochester Jr. Americans (NAHL) team.

Ethan’s hard work and talent have been recognized with a tender from the Rochester Jr. Americans (NAHL). This opportunity is a testament to his dedication and passion for hockey, and we are confident that he will continue to excel in his career.

Congratulations to Ethan on this exciting achievement! We look forward to following your journey with the Rochester Jr. Americans in the NAHL.

Stay tuned for more updates on our alumni and current players. Go Jr. Amerks!
