The Jr. Amerks program has seen tremendous interest from players in the 2010 birth year. As a result, we added a third AA team to accommodate the growing demand. Interested players are encouraged to fill out the Player Interest Form to be considered.

After a 2024-25 WNYAHL Championship season, Jeff Renelt returns as co-head coach of the 15U AA3 travel team alongside Coach Dustin Muroski. With eight seasons of coaching experience in the Jr. Amerks organization, he remains dedicated to developing and mentoring youth players at the 15U level.

Jeff is among the elite 1% of USA Hockey coaches nationwide to achieve a Level 5 Master Coaching Certification and is also a USA Hockey Bronze Goalie Coach. His commitment to training and education reflects his dedication to player growth.

Coaches Renelt and Muroski emphasize skill development, teamwork, character, and resilience, fostering an environment that inspires players both on and off the ice.

Jeff lives in Victor, NY, with his wife, Jonna Martin, and their son, Jackson, a goalie in the Jr. Amerks program.


Season Overview:

  • Split Season with 40+ Games including tournaments
  • Member of Western New York Amateur Hockey League
  • Two team practices per week (Full and Shared)
  • Skills clinics by RIC Academy & NAHL Jr. Amerks every other week
  • Goaltender clinics by New Edge School of Goaltending throughout the season
  • Off-ice training with Next Level Strength and Conditioning
  • Team building and community service events

Coach Dustin Muroski

After leading his team to a WNYAHL Championship in 2024-25, Dustin Muroski returns as co-head coach of the 2010 AA team. A Level 4 USA Hockey coach, he has been with the Rochester Jr. Americans/Perinton Blades organization since 2019.

Muroski began his coaching career in 1998 as an assistant coach for Oswego’s 19U girls’ team during its inaugural season. After stepping away to focus on his culinary career, he returned to coaching in 2012 with Rochester Youth Hockey’s 2005 AA team. He later joined Perinton Blades in 2019, serving as an assistant coach and team manager for both the 2005 AA and 2005 AAA tournament-bound teams.

A native of Oswego, NY, Muroski played youth hockey for Oswego Minor Hockey and competed in football and lacrosse for Oswego High School. He briefly played for Oswego State’s club hockey team before transferring to Paul Smith’s College for Culinary Arts.
