12U Mixed AA Team
Mike Carbone returns as head coach of the 12U Mixed AA team, bringing years of coaching experience and a deep passion for player development. Now in his eighth year with the Jr. Amerks, he has been instrumental in shaping young athletes, including last season as the head coach of the 12U Mixed team.
A multi-sport athlete, Mike played youth hockey through his freshman year of high school before going on to play Division I football at the University at Albany. His coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and skill development, helping players grow both on and off the ice.
Mike lives in Pittsford with his wife and three children. In addition to coaching, he owns The Carbone Agency, an insurance firm based in Webster, NY.

- Skills clinics by RIC Academy & NAHL Jr. Amerks every other week
- Goaltender clinics by New Edge School of Goaltending throughout the season
