Steve Shufelt returns for his seventh season with the Jr. Amerks, taking on a new role as head coach of the 16U Girls team after previously leading the 2008 Boys team. A standout player at Perinton Youth Hockey and Fairport High School, Steve has over 10 years of coaching experience and is widely respected as a top power skating coach, known for his ability to connect with players and develop their skills.
In addition to his coaching background, Steve has over 30 years of experience as a hockey official, working at all levels, including NCAA Division I and III. His deep understanding of the game and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to the Jr. Amerks coaching staff.
