Workhorses of the Month – September

Each month, our partners at Next Level Strength & Conditioning (NLSC) spotlight athletes who bring exceptional focus, energy, and effort to their off-ice training. For September, we’re proud to recognize two Jr. Amerks who set the standard both in the gym and on the ice — Alaina Dettman from our 14U Girls Tier I team and Tommy Mayberry from our 12U AAA team.

Alaina and Tommy lead by example every session, consistently pushing themselves and their teammates to reach new levels. Their effort, attitude, and commitment to improvement embody what it means to be a Jr. Amerk.
