Join Our Team: Intro to Hockey Director
We are looking for a volunteer Director of Intro to Hockey to help lead one of the most important programs in our organization.
Each season, nearly 100 young players come through Intro to Hockey, many stepping onto the ice for their first organized hockey experience. We’re looking for someone who can help make that experience a great one for both players and families.
This is not a coaching position. Our coaching staff handles the on-ice instruction. The Director focuses on keeping the program organized, communicating with families, coordinating volunteers and program logistics, and helping Intro to Hockey continue to grow and improve.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, a strong communicator, and enjoys working with families and volunteers. Some hockey background is helpful, but a passion for creating a great experience for our youngest Jr. Amerks is what matters most.
For many kids, this is where their hockey journey begins. Help us make sure it starts off right.
