December Workhorse of the Month

The Rochester Jr. Americans and Jr. Amerks Girls programs, in partnership with Next Level Strength & Conditioning, are pleased to recognize Eryka Derocha and Ryan Orman as the December Workhorses of the Month.

Eryka and Ryan consistently set the standard in the gym through their effort, focus, and commitment to improvement. Both athletes approach every training session with purpose, pushing themselves while also encouraging and supporting their teammates around them.

The Workhorse of the Month recognition highlights players who embody the values of discipline, accountability, and leadership—traits that are foundational to long-term player development. Eryka and Ryan exemplify these qualities daily, and their work ethic does not go unnoticed.
