ALUMNI: Kellen Paetsch selected to the USA Hockey National Team Development Program Under-17 Team
Kellen Paetsch (2010) continues to take the next step in his hockey journey.
Kellen developed through the Jr. Amerks AAA program and went on to spend the past two seasons at Bishop Kearney Selects. During his time with us, he earned opportunities at USA Hockey Development Camps, a reflection of his work ethic and progression.
This week, Kellen was selected to the USA Hockey National Team Development Program Under-17 Team, one of just eight defensemen named to the roster.
The NTDP is a two-year residency program based at USA Hockey Arena, where the U17 team competes in the United States Hockey League, along with top competition from the North American Hockey League and Minnesota Elite League. The team also participates in multiple international tournaments across North America and Europe each season.
Kellen now joins a group of Rochester natives who have advanced through the NTDP, including Stephen Gionta, Cole Bardreau, and David Farrance.
A strong accomplishment and well-earned recognition for his continued development.
